Which account is best for trading?

All tixee accounts are great for trading but each account has its own unique features and is tailored to the experience and needs of different traders. If you are a beginner, it would be ideal to start your trading journey by using an Entry account.

How can I open a trading account?

Opening an account with Caravelle is easy, fast and accessible. All you have to do is follow these simple steps:

Click on the Open Account button, making the choice between account types.
Go through the registration process, providing the necessary information.
Once the registration is completed, verify your account and start trading.

What does the verification process entail and what documentation do I need to provide?

Opening an account with Caravelle requires the following documents as part of the identity verification process:
Proof of Identity

A clear, colored copy of either a valid government-issued identification
document such as:

Passport
Driver’s license
ID card

Please ensure that Your name, Date of birth and Picture are clearly visible
on the copy

Proof of Residency
In order to verify your place of residence, you will need to provide one of
the following:

A utility bill, such as water, electricity, gas, local authority waste
disposal or land-line phone
Bank Statement
Tax Bill

Please make sure that copy of your Proof of Residency contains Your name,
Address and Date of issue (the document must be issued within the last six
months)

Please note that the information on your documentation must match the
information you have used to register your account.

Who is a Politically Exposed Person (PEP)?

The meaning ‘Politically Exposed Persons’ includes the following natural persons who are or have been entrusted with prominent public functions in any country. The term PEP also includes family members or known employees of a person in a politically exposed position:

heads of State, heads of government, ministers, and deputy or assistant ministers;
members of parliaments;
members of supreme courts, constitutional courts, or other high-level judicial bodies whose decisions are not subject to further appeal, except in exceptional circumstances;
members of courts of auditors or the boards of central banks;
ambassadors and high-ranking officers in the armed forces;
members of the administrative, management, or supervisory bodies of State-owned enterprises;
directors, deputy directors, and members of the board or equivalent function of an international organization;
directors, deputy directors, and members of the board or equivalent function of an international organization;
mayors.

Who is considered a US citizen/resident?

The term “United States person” means:

A citizen or resident of the United States
An individual born in the United States
An individual whose parent is a US citizen
An individual born in Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands
A former alien who has been naturalized as a US citizen(the holder of the GREEN CARD)”

Are there any requirements for the Caravelle withdrawal process?

In order to be eligible to withdraw money from your account, it is critical to note that your account must be verified. Verifying your identity and account is a requirement by the regulatory body and a core component of the Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol.

How long does it take to withdraw funds from my Caravelle account?

We understand that speed of service is one of the most important things in modern day business which is exactly why our withdrawal process only takes 1-2 working days. It is important to note that Caravelle operates from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and other public holidays or festive days included in the official calendar, something that might affect the processing of your withdrawal requests. Another thing we should make clear is that Caravelle is responsible for only one part of the withdrawal with banking institutions and electronic payment systems being responsible for the rest. This means that delays can be a result of any number of possible reasons. You can rest assured that we do our best to receive your funds as fast as possible.

How is Caravelle’s withdrawal process different to other brokers?

What withdrawal methods are available at Caravelle?

tixee follows the strict regulatory requirements outlined by the industry. As such, withdrawals are only available using the same payment methods used to fund your account. It is very important to note that you are allowed to withdraw up to 100% of your deposit to your credit or debit card. The rest can be withdrawn using different methods outlined by you, using your tixee account. Let’s use an example to give you some context. If you make a credit card deposit of $2,000 and you made a $2,500 profit, the first $2,000 you choose to withdraw will have to be withdrawn back to the original credit card used to make the deposit. The rest of the $2,500, can be withdrawn using a method of your choice such as wire transfer, et.

How long does it take to deposit funds with Caravelle?

Credit Cards and Debit Cards – If you choose to use a credit card to make a deposit, you should expect the deposit to happen almost instantly. For any delays, please contact the Caravelle customer support and our team will look into the issue for you.

Wire Transfer – Wire transfer deposits can take up to 7 business days to be executed, depending on the preferred banking institutions and locale. The reason for the prolonged time period is owed to the banking system protocols and verification processes. In order to make the wire transfer process faster and easier, please provide tixee with the swift code or the transfer receipt so that we may track the deposit.

What does the Caravelle deposit process involve?

Depositing money to your tixee account is simple, easy and intuitive. Simply log into your tixee account, click ‘Deposit’ and choose your preferred deposit method. Once you do that, follow the steps outlined and you will have money in your account in no time.

What happens when the credit card I used to deposit funds expires?

If your credit card expires, simply draft a quick email explaining the situation and send it through to a tixee Customer Support specialist. The specialist will then guide you through the steps on how to update credit card details on your account.

A tixee Assistant is the person assigned by the company to help you understand how to use our products and services.

tixee Assistant duties and responsibilities:

Introduce tixee’s products and services to you
Assist with account opening procedure
Answering questions and addressing concerns
To update you regarding market news, as well as how to find and read it.
Guide you through all of our platforms and various tools
Provide you with educational material and trading tools
Communicate various market predictions from several third-party websites offering financial analysis.
Explain leverage, margin, stop/limit orders, etc.

tixee Assistant will NOT:

Open or close positions on your behalf
Act as Financial Expert or Analyst
Provide investment advice to the clients
Guarantee any profits
Guarantee any results based on third-party websites' predictions/analysis or based on market movements.
